Member Information

This site is for police officers and firefighter/ems personnel, those retired from these professions and their spouses to advertise their businesses for free - yes, FREE.

MutualAidSTL.com will be promoted within the police-fire/ems community so there will be a readily available on-line list of businesses, owned by your fellow comrades, to provide services to others.

In addition, this site will be promoted to the general public, including real-estate agents. Every home going on the market requires maintenance work and/or improvements to some degree. MutualAidSTL.com will try to provide your business with exposure to these potential customers and increase your revenue!

There is a place for those that do not own a business, but wish to make themselves available for general labor by entering the 'Labor Pool'. Some businesses may need somebody extra once and a while.

Example: Instead of working 'secondary' at a local business like a library or grocery or something like that, I started my own company. Cop Construction built decks and sheds, I thought it would be handy to know another trade. If I needed help, I called on another copper with a similar rec schedule. Once in a while I wanted help with an extra large beam, to get something done to beat bad weather or something like that. It was some quick cash for the copper, he learned a few things, I didn't have to employ anybody on a regular basis and the job got done.
So, if you might be interested in learning something new and doing something other than 'secondary' or maybe in addition to 'secondary', think about the LABOR POOL section. It will be what you make out of it.

MutualAidSTL.com is a readily available on-line source of reputable service providers to the police-fire/ems community, with the service providers mainly coming from within your own community. I will be contacting the police-fire/ems personnel in St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County by various means.

A retiree, for purposes of the MutualAidSTL.com site include: Any person that served in one of these professions for ten years or more (fairly recently), and left under honorable conditions, including a medical disability separation.

A relative, for purposes of the MutualAidSTL.com site include: Any parent, grandparent, brother or sister. Sons and daughters are included if they own their own business. Sorry, this is not for children to look for grass cutting and baby sitting jobs, at least not yet.

Advertising will be available for a relative with a business.
    1. The police-fire/ems side of the relationship must agree to the relative coming on the site.
    2. An annual fee is due upfront of $120.00.  $60.00  You save $60.00 (50%)
    3. An annual donation is due upfront of $50.00. (to BackStoppers)
Advertising will be available to a non-relative with a business.
    1. The business owner must be sponsored by three members of the police-fire/ems community or be known by me personally. An e-mail, verified as belonging to a police-fire/ems person or a letter signed by the police-fire/ems sponsors may be requested.
    2. An annual fee is due upfront of $240.00.  $120.00  You save $120.00 (50%)
